The idea for this set came from a variety of styles and techniques. I started and stopped working on this set many times, I am surpised that it is actually finished. I created this peice by overlappin a patterned slab of clay over a textured sheet of clay and let my imagination do the rest.

Another beautiful work of art! I love the rock in the background of the photo. It really adds to the earthiness of the picture of the jewelry. Are those small brown beads made of wood?
